Mrs. Delph has a Masters degree in Education from Beloit College, U.S.A. She has extensive experience in the areas of content creation and training for critical, creative, and independent thinking, communication and an array of other topics. In her liberal arts college, she was involved in Talents Unlimited (critical and creative thinking) and TESA (multicultural education training), Girls & Women in Science Conference and Beloit College Museum's Saturday Explorers. She also taught primary grades one and two in the American school system. Mrs. Delph has a wide-ranging experience with education in Asia. She has trained people of all ages in English language skills in Tokyo, Japan. Following that, she came to Malaysia and taught at the tertiary level for English and Mass Communications at Sepang Institute of Technology and HELP University College. She pioneered the start of HELP University College's Communications major under the American Degree Program. There, she developed content & curriculum for 10 communication subjects with a focus on practical and creative learning. She has also developed several programs now running in EDISON Enterprises, such as EDISON Explorers for 6-12 year olds, EDISON Youth Achievement Award for 13-20 year olds and several on-line courses for secondary students that will be starting in 2008. Mary Ann Mendez has 11 years teaching students ranging from ages 7 to 17 at Saiful International School and ELC International School. Her experience includes devising lesson plans, facilitating children in community projects, extra curricular activities in sports and needlework.
